"Mobile-only tickets were challenging when one has an older phone. I was surprised and disappointed that not all patrons were wearing masks in the theater as I thought masks were required at all NYC theaters and cultural venues. It took multiple emails and 10 days before an in-the-know representative explained how I could download the tickets to my husband's phone. Performance was wonderful!! Not sure why Rise Against is exempt, but it made one feel vulnerable. I also was unable to download Ticketmaster app to my phone, or arrange to pick up tickets at on-call desk."
